Can my Shots Pass be shared with anyone else, or get my friends discounted shots too?
How does billing work?

Billing is monthly. To cancel your Shots Pass, members must notify Boost via email at hello@boost-iv.com at least 30 days prior to next auto-pay, using “membership cancellation, membership hold, or membership change” as subject heading of email. In turn, Boost will send a confirmation via email after the changes have been made to the account within seven (7) business days of the change.

How do I cancel my Shots Pass?

Is there a monthly minimum commitment for the Shots Pass?
  • Memberships are subject to approval based on client health history & physician review.
  • Memberships apply to Boost IV retail appointments only – mobile not included.
  • 30-day written notice (email) required prior to cancellation.
