Eligible memberships can be temporarily frozen after the minimum commitment period is met. After the 3-month minimum, you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice to hello@boost-iv.com.
Your IV credit is valid for 60 days from the day it’s issued, so a busy month won’t cost you the treatment — just use it before it expires. Unused tokens don’t roll over past 60 days.
You can’t use a Signature token toward a Summit-tier IV (or vice versa) — but you can always get a Summit Boost as a Signature member at your 25% member discount, no token needed. If you’d rather make Summit your monthly membership, we can upgrade you from Signature to Summit at the end of your billing cycle, once your 3-month minimum commitment is complete.
Hydration Boost is already priced at our lowest rate, so it’s not included as a monthly token option.
- Signature members: No additional discount applies.
- Summit members: You get 25% off Hydration Boost, same as your other advanced IV discounts.
- Memberships are subject to approval based on client health history & physician review.
- Memberships apply to Boost IV retail appointments only – mobile not included.
- 30-day written notice (text or email) required prior to cancellation.
- Memberships canceled within the first 30 days will be charged a one-time $170 early cancellation fee.
