IV Membership

Yes, you can use an IV membership token, for up to 90 days after it was was earned with your monthly payment. Monthly IV tokens can be applied to standard prices IV’s or towards the cost of more expensive IVs. However, if you apply a monthly membership IV token to an IV of lesser value like the Glutathione Boost, unused credit from this monthly IV token cannot be carried forward.

Though membership IV tokens cannot be transferred to friends or family, when guest(s) join you for your IV they can get $35 off of most IVs as well as 30% off any shots.

Yes, members get a 30% discount on all shots.

• Billing is monthly with an initial 3-month commitment. If needed, we offer early cancellation with a $165 fee.
• After 3 months, you may contact our team at hello@boost-iv.com to cancel any time.
• All IV memberships paid monthly will renew automatically month-to-month.
• For cancellations, holds, and/or changes to memberships for any reason, members must notify Boost via email at hello@boost-iv.com at least 30 days prior to next auto-pay, using “membership cancellation, membership hold, or membership change” as subject heading of email.
• In turn, Boost will send a confirmation via email after the changes have been made to the account within seven (7) business days of the change.

• Members must notify Boost via email at hello@boost-iv.com at least 30 days prior to next auto-pay, using “membership cancellation, membership hold, or membership change” as subject heading of email.
• Boost will send a confirmation via email after the changes have been made to the account within seven (7) business days of the change.
• At the time of membership cancellation, unused membership credit (earned within 90-days of cancellation date) will be converted into store credit, at the rate of $210 per eligible unused month of earned credit.
  Example:
• Patron has accrued 4-months of unused IV credit.
• Patron gives 30-day written cancellation notice, with next billing date 10-days hence.
• Patron will be charged the final monthly payment 10-days hence.
• Though patron has now accrued 5-months of unused IV credit, only the most recent 3-months of unused credit is still valid.
• This most recent 3-months of unused IV credit can be converted into $210 x 3 months = a $630 credit coupon that can only be applied to IV appointments.

• Yes. IV membership plans may be temporarily suspended for up to three months.
• Members must notify Boost via email at hello@boost-iv.com at least 30 days prior to next auto-pay, using “membership cancellation, membership hold, or membership change” as subject heading of email.
• Boost will send a confirmation via email after the changes have been made to the account within seven (7) business days of the change.
• After your three month suspension, you must restart or cancel your membership.
• Contact Boost via email at hello@boost-iv.com to cancel your membership.
