How can a Boost IV Membership help me save over a few months?

Is there a monthly minimum?

Yes, we have an initial 3-month minimum commitment. If needed, we can offer an early cancellation for a $165 fee.

After your second monthly payment, however, you may then cancel your membership by submitting a 30-day notice request to cancel via email. After your third monthly payment, we can then cancel your membership.

As a Boost member, what other discounts do I receive?
  • You can enjoy 20% off the following premium IVs:
    • Summit Boost IV
    • Mega-50 Vitamin C IV
    • Any Iron IVs
    • Any NAD IVs
  • $50 off any additional $210 IV cocktails
  • 30% off all vitamin shots & add-ons (not including anti-wrinkle shots)
How do I cancel my IV membership?
  • Billing happens monthly with an initial 3-month commitment.
  • Cancelling your membership before completing the initial 3-month commitment will incur a $165 fee.
  • To cancel your membership without penalty after the initial 3-month commitment, please send a cancellation email to hello@boost-iv.com either within the first 2-months of your membership start date or at least 30 days prior to next auto-pay, using “membership cancellation, membership hold, or membership change” as subject heading of email.
  • All IV memberships paid monthly will renew automatically month-to-month on the date on which you enrolled.
    • For example, you enroll on September 21st. You will be billed every month following on the 21st of the month.
  • To cancel your membership beyond the initial 3-months minimum commitment, members must notify Boost IV via email at hello@boost-iv.com at least 30 days prior to next auto-pay, using “membership cancellation, membership hold, or membership change” as subject heading of email.
  • Members will be able to use any remaining IV tokens within 60 days of their purchase, even after canceling their membership. However, after membership cancellation, no other discounts will be available.
Can I share my membership with my friends and family?

Guests can enjoy $50 off any $210 IV cocktails, as well as receive 30% off any vitamin shots. However, membership IV tokens cannot be transferred to friends or family.

  • Memberships are subject to approval based on client health history & physician review.
  • Memberships apply to Boost IV retail appointments only – mobile not included.
  • 30-day written notice (text or email) required prior to cancellation.
  • Memberships canceled within the first 30 days will be charged a one-time $165 early cancellation fee.
